As Japanese culture and technology have been re-evaluated from overseas, and companies have worked together to achieve their goals and convey the attractiveness of manufacturing, Trust-Mech has been faithfully dealing with its customers while valuing harmony through the design and development of production equipment, and has provided the technology that should be pursued in the fields of electronic components, automobiles, energy conservation, and medical care. We have been providing the technology that we should aim for in the fields of electronic parts, automobiles, energy conservation, and medical care.
In view of the background where the need for labor saving and manpower saving is further increasing as a solution to the shortage of workers due to the declining birth rate, and where the senior generation will be indispensable, we believe that the future role of Trust-Mech is to accelerate our challenge to provide better services than ever before in terms of hardware and software. We believe that our mission is to accelerate our challenge to provide better services in terms of both hardware and software.
As part of this mission, we have created a grading evaluation system that allows us to evaluate our employees equally, aiming to create a work environment where our employees can witness their own personal growth through both indirect and direct business dealings.
In addition, we are also taking on the challenge of hiring foreign engineers to work in Japan to learn Japanese culture and morals, as well as advanced technological skills, so that they can become manufacturing engineers.
In January 2024, we launched a new business, a labor-saving packaging process business for food factories.
As a challenge in a different industry, we will continue to expand sales of our own product brands to motivate our employees, and at the same time, we will continue to contribute to our business partners' businesses together with our employees, mainly by creating new value, developing human resources, and challenging efficient production methods.

Our company specializes in production machinery and production line equipment. We are experts in their design, construction, assembly and management. Bringing these skills to bear, and with our ability to respond to any installation or operational requirement, we offer our customers a complete service. Our management ethos is built around "motivation, technical skill and business efficiency", and from that basis we fulfill our mission to deliver excellence through our products and contribute to the region in which we live and work. The world is always changing, business requirements grow over more complex, and production speed and cost cutting measures are also developing quickly. In this environment, moving forward with proposal-based sales and brand differentiation requires decision making ability and creative imagination. We have been ahead of the competition in bringing in 3D printing to reduce time and cost in sample production and add a new level of reality to proposal models. We believe our customers' happiness is linked to our happiness. Working in a new age of design and production, we aim to constantly improve our motivation, technical skill and business efficiency.
